Shipping Mode
We want your cheese to arrive in the best shape possible. In order to do that, our cheese should not be in transit any longer than two days, so we offer FedEx services that arrive within two days to your delivery region from Wisconsin (e.g. Ground, 2Day, or Overnight available depending on delivery region). Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery + Gift Shipments
Cheese is delicate. To ensure the best quality, make sure the recipient is available during delivery so that the cheese can be stored immediately in the refrigerator. Please note that FedEx does not require a signature and will leave packages at the doorsteps of homes. In some cases with condo and apartment buildings, FedEx may not leave the package, delaying delivery another day. You will have the option to include a gift message during the checkout process.
Shipping Dates
Online orders will ship on the date that you select in the checkout process upon placing your order. You will receive an email notification confirming when your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number. If you are ordering multiple cheeses with different shipping dates, we ask that you place individual orders for each specific shipping date.
Didn’t Receive Any Email Notifications?
You should receive two email notifications from us: one email to confirm your order was successfully placed; and a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Please first check your spam filter or junk folder to see if our automated emails were somehow filtered out. If not there, please email us and we’ll look into!
Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email notification with your Order # and FedEx Tracking #. Please refer to FedEx Tracking for exact delivery date and details.
Order Arrived Damaged or Didn’t Arrive At All?
Oh no! If your package arrived damaged, please email us and include an explanation of what was damaged and the overall condition (we may ask for a photo of the damaged items). If your expected delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact FedEx support.
